120-Hour Agent Online Pre-Licensing Course
Our Online Sales Agent Pre-licensing Course, certified by the Utah Division of Real Estate since 1994, fulfills the pre-licensing requirement for the Utah real estate exam. Most students complete it in 8-10 weeks with a few hours per day, while some finish in as little as 15 days (maximum 8 hours/day). The course is available anytime; you have six months to complete it at your own pace.
Our comprehensive course is divided into Utah law and general law, with final practice exams. It offers various learning modes—reading, PowerPoint, audio, video, and interactive exercises—to keep you engaged and ensure you’re fully prepared for the Utah real estate exam.
Your tuition covers all 120 credit hours, school exams, and the Utah Real Estate Law PDF textbook. It also includes free test prep classes, placement assistance, and post-graduation support.
